When you contact us

Our contact form asks for your email address and a message. Your name is optional. We use what you provide to answer your inquiry, understand your needs and discuss possible work. Emails you send us are handled for the same purposes.

Please share only what is needed for the initial conversation. We can arrange an appropriate way to exchange confidential project material if needed. Contact details and message contents are not included in our website analytics events.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand page visits and how often a contact inquiry is successfully submitted. It can process information about your browser, device, pages viewed, referral source and cookie identifiers.

You can reject optional cookies and still use the website and contact form. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. We remember that choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to last up to 180 days and may be renewed when you visit.

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated submissions. It loads when you reach or interact with the form and may use cookies and browser, device and network information for verification. This security check is separate from optional analytics. You can also contact us directly by email.

Google Ads tracking is not active on this website. We will update this notice and the cookie choices before enabling it.

Service providers

We use service providers to host this website, process contact forms and handle email. Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the site; form and email providers handle your inquiry so we can respond.

These services may process information outside Canada, where different privacy laws may apply. We share information as needed to respond to inquiries, provide agreed services or meet legal obligations. Google's role in analytics and spam protection is described above.

Retention and protection

If an inquiry does not become client work, we delete it from our mailbox and Formspark records within 12 months after the last substantive contact. If it becomes an engagement, we retain the records needed to deliver the work and meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations.

Provider security logs and backup copies follow the relevant provider's retention and deletion processes. Analytics reports follow the retention settings in our Google Analytics account. Removing browser cookies does not automatically delete information already processed by a provider.

We limit access to inquiry records to people who need them for the purposes described here. The website and form submission use HTTPS to protect information in transit.

Questions and requests

Contact contact@sbkbdigital.com to ask about this notice or request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have shared. You can also ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or contractual reasons.

You can change optional tracking preferences through Cookie settings in the footer. Changes apply to future collection. We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change.
