Custom software, built around your needs.

Build a new product, improve an existing system or connect the tools you use. We help define the work around your users, constraints and budget.

Technology choices follow your requirements and existing systems. Explore the options below.

01 / capability

Custom software & SaaS

Turn an idea or specification into a working product or internal application, developed through scheduled demonstrations and your feedback.

Typical work

  • SaaS and subscription products
  • Client portals and internal tools
  • Web applications and operational dashboards

How we approach it

We map users, workflows and data, then agree on priorities, dependencies and the first release. Those decisions guide the architecture and what we build next.

Technologies & platforms

Interfaces
TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vue and Angular.
Application backends
Node.js, Python with Django or FastAPI, C#/.NET, Java/Spring Boot and PHP/Laravel.
Databases
PostgreSQL, SQL Server and MySQL.

A useful starting point: Bring an idea, a workflow or an existing specification. We can help clarify what should be built.

02 / capability

Existing systems & ongoing support

Take over, maintain and improve software you already rely on. We assess what can be improved before recommending replacement.

Typical work

  • Development takeovers and maintenance
  • Feature additions and issue resolution
  • Modernization and planned migration work

How we approach it

We agree on an assessment of the codebase, dependencies, documentation, integrations and deployment setup. We then identify risks and plan the transition, working with your existing frameworks, databases and CMS where appropriate.

A useful starting point: Tell us what the system does, what needs attention and what access or documentation is available.

03 / capability

Web, e-commerce & WordPress

Create or improve a website or online store around your audience, content and day-to-day editing needs.

Typical work

  • Website design and development
  • E-commerce and online stores
  • Custom WordPress and content-heavy platforms

How we approach it

We plan navigation, content management, mobile use, performance and accessibility from the start, including the integrations and maintenance the site will need after launch.

Technologies & platforms

Astro, WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify.

A useful starting point: Share the purpose of the site, the audiences it needs to serve and any existing content or platform.

04 / capability

Mobile applications

Build iOS and Android applications for customers, staff and field work, designed around the devices and conditions they use every day.

Typical work

  • Customer and staff applications
  • Field workflows and offline access
  • Device features, notifications and backend connections

How we approach it

Device features and connectivity needs guide the choice between cross-platform and native development. Testing on target devices, app-store submission and ongoing updates are planned within the agreed scope.

Technologies & platforms

Cross-platform
React Native and Flutter.
Native
Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.

A useful starting point: Describe who will use the app, what they need to do and whether it must work offline or connect to an existing system.

05 / capability

APIs & integrations

Connect applications, reduce duplicate entry and keep information in sync through APIs and integrations with the systems you already use.

Typical work

  • API design and development
  • Payments, identity and third-party integrations
  • Data synchronization between systems

How we approach it

We examine interfaces, authentication, data formats and API limits. Validation, error handling, retries and audit trails help make failures visible and recoverable.

Technologies & platforms

Interfaces & access
REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth and single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID.
Connected platforms
Stripe, Microsoft 365 and other services with suitable APIs.

A useful starting point: Identify the systems involved, the information that needs to move and any available API documentation.

06 / capability

Data analytics & automation

Build reporting systems from data across your organization and automate repetitive tasks.

Typical work

  • Reporting systems and dashboards
  • Data pipelines and data preparation
  • Workflow automation and system checks

How we approach it

We assess data quality, update frequency and access needs. Reporting includes validation and traceability; automations have clear rules, exception handling and a record of what happened.

Technologies & platforms

Reporting & analytics
Power BI and Tableau; Microsoft Fabric for connected data and analytics workloads.
Data preparation
SQL, Python and dbt.
Workflow automation
Power Automate and n8n.

A useful starting point: Describe the reports or manual steps that take time, and where the relevant information currently lives.

07 / capability

AI & agentic systems

Develop AI-enabled applications, language-model integrations and agentic workflows where they offer a measurable benefit over conventional software.

Typical work

  • Assistants and retrieval systems
  • Classification and document workflows
  • AI-assisted automation and agentic systems

How we approach it

We consider data access, output validation, human review and fallback behaviour. Model and API costs, evaluation criteria and operational reliability are part of the design. We agree on how to evaluate the results before building.

Technologies & platforms

Models & APIs
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and Azure OpenAI.
Orchestration & retrieval
LangGraph and PostgreSQL with pgvector.

A useful starting point: Bring a specific task, examples of the inputs and a description of what a useful result would look like.

Deployment & operations

Plan how the software will run, be updated and be maintained. Hosting, access, monitoring, backups and recovery needs are considered alongside development, with responsibilities agreed for the project.

Deployment options include Microsoft Azure and AWS, with Docker and CI/CD pipelines where they help make releases repeatable. We can also work within an existing hosting environment.

Working together

Start where you are.

An engagement can cover a focused improvement or continue through development, deployment and support. We agree on what is included, responsibilities and how progress will be reviewed.

Define the work

The initial discussion is free. For work that needs deeper investigation, we agree on the scope and any cost before proceeding.

Build iteratively

See working software on an agreed schedule. Written updates and your feedback guide the next steps; changes to scope, cost or timing are agreed before implementation.

Choose ongoing help

Support can cover individual requests or an ongoing arrangement. If you want a handoff, we include source code and detailed documentation to help you or another team maintain the system.

For contract bids, we base the proposed scope, deliverables and reporting on the procurement requirements.
